Quick & Tasty Cannabis-Infused Recipes

To get you started, we’ve gathered a quick and tasty cannabis-infused recipe for every meal of the day:

 

Breakfast: Cannabis-Infused Oatmeal

Breakfast has been said to be the most important meal of the day, so make it extra special! Wake up with this cannabis-infused oatmeal recipe and start the day on a high note.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) cannabutter, melted
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (such as almonds, walnuts, or pecans)

 

Instructions:

  1. In a large saucepan, melt the cannabutter over medium heat.
  2. Add the oats, milk, water, salt, brown sugar, raisins, and nuts.
  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until the oats are cooked through.
  4. Serve hot.

 

Brunch: Cannabis-Infused French Toast

Why not start your day with a bit of “oui-d”? Wake and bake (some French toast, of course)! This cannabis-infused French toast will definitely get you toasted.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) cannabutter, softened
  • 6 slices bread
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Maple syrup, for serving

Instructions:

  1. In a shallow dish, whisk together the milk, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  2. Dip the bread slices into the egg mixture.
  3. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Cook the bread slices for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
  5. Serve hot with maple syrup.

 

Lunch: Cannabis-Infused Salad

Look at you getting your greens in! There’s always more room for a little more green, if you know what I mean. For lunch, pack a bowl – of this cannabis-infused salad.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) cannabutter, melted
  • 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cucumber, chopped
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 cup croutons
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup vinaigrette dressing

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, cucumber, tomato, croutons, Parmesan cheese, and vinaigrette dressing.
  2. Drizzle with the cannabutter and toss to coat.
  3. Serve immediately.

 

Snack: Cannabis-Infused Popcorn

Popcorn is such a breeze to make, why not use it for an afternoon cannabis pick-me-up? You can also eat this cannabis-infused popcorn while watching a movie to give it that extra canna-boost.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup popcorn kernels
  • 1/4 cup cannabutter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the popcorn kernels, cannabutter, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Toss to coat.
  4. Spread the popcorn in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the popcorn is popped and golden brown.
  6. Let cool completely before serving.

 

Dinner: Cannabis-Infused Mac and Cheese

Mac and cheese couldn’t possibly get any better, right? Well, we have a suggestion for how to take it to another level. Cannabis, of course! This cannabis-infused mac and cheese recipe makes a classic even more fantastic.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) cannabutter, melted
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 pound elbow macaroni, cooked

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a large saucepan, melt the cannabutter over medium heat.
  3. Whisk in the flour until smooth.
  4. Gradually whisk in the milk until the sauce is thickened.
  5. Stir in the cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, salt, and pepper until melted.
  6. Add the cooked macaroni and stir to combine.
  7. Pour the macaroni mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Serve hot.

 

Dessert: Cannabis-Infused Rice Krispie Treats

Weed brownies? Been there done that. What about bringing back a childhood classic with a canna-twist? These cannabis-infused Rice Krispie Treats will have you feeling like you’re in the high school cafeteria again, and then they’ll have you feeling you feel high.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) cannabutter, melted
  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the melted cannabutter, Rice Krispies cereal, and marshmallows.
  2. Stir until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Melt the peanut butter and drizzle over the top of the treats.
  5. Let cool completely before cutting into squares and serving.
